We primarily export our products via sea freight from major Vietnamese ports (Cat Lai, Ho Chi Minh City). We commonly support Incoterms 2020 including FOB, CIF, and CFR. Air freight is available for urgent or small-scale orders.

Lead times typically range from 7 to 21 business days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit/payment instrument, depending on the order volume and product type. We will provide a specific timeline for each quotation.

We provide product samples for quality evaluation. While samples are often free of charge for regular items, the customer is responsible for international courier costs (DHL, FedEx, UPS). These costs may be credited back upon your first bulk order.

We accept the following international payment methods: - Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Typically 30-50% deposit and the balance against shipping documents. - Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight from reputable banks. Specific terms will be negotiated and finalized in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

Quality is our top priority. We encourage third-party inspections (SGS, Vinacontrol, etc.) before packing and handing over to the carrier. In the event of quality discrepancies upon arrival, claims must be submitted within 7-14 days with supporting evidence (photos, laboratory reports).
