What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is typically 1 x 20ft container (~14-17 metric tons depending on product). For smaller orders, please contact us to discuss options. We also offer mixed container orders for buyers testing multiple products.

What coconut charcoal products do you export?

Currently, we export raw coconut shell charcoal, charcoal briquettes (BBQ, hookah/shisha), macadamia shell charcoal. All products are made from 100% natural coconut shells sourced from Ben Tre, Vietnam.

What certifications do your products have?

Our products are certified USDA Organic, FDA compliant, and Halal certified. We can also provide SGS inspection reports, Certificate of Origin (CO), Certificate of Quality (CQ), and Phytosanitary Certificate upon request.

Question 4

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we may offer more flexible terms.

What are the available Incoterms?

We offer FOB, CIF, CFR. We work with experienced freight forwarders to ensure timely and safe delivery worldwide.

What is the typical lead time?

Production and loading typically takes 15-25 days after deposit confirmation. Transit time varies by destination: 15-22 days to Japan/Indonesia/Malaysia, 22-26 days to Europe, 25-29 days to the US East Coast depending on the port.

What packaging options are available?

We offer various packaging options: 5kg, 10kg retail bags (with or without your private label), 15kg or 20kg bulk bags, and big bags (500kg-1000kg) for industrial use. Custom packaging and private label are available with MOQ.

Can you provide samples before placing an order?

Yes, we can provide product samples (typically 1-5 kg per product). Sample cost and shipping are charged to the buyer. Sample cost can be deducted from the first full order.

Do you offer private label / OEM?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer private label and OEM services for packaging with your brand. Minimum order for private label is 1 x 20ft container. We can design and print packaging according to your specifications.

Which countries do you currently export to?

Accepted Answer

We currently export to Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Germany, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We are open to working with new partners in any country.
