Due to the high costs of international shipping, customs complexities, and the nature of bulk agricultural products, we do not accept physical returns for orders shipped outside of Vietnam once they have departed from the port of loading. However, we provide a robust Quality Guarantee: - Claims for quality discrepancies must be filed within 14 days of arrival at the destination port. - Claims must be supported by photos, videos, and a third-party inspection report (e.g., SGS) if requested. - Resolutions include partial refunds, credit notes for future orders, or replacement goods in the next shipment.

For orders delivered within the territory of Vietnam, we offer a more flexible return and exchange policy: Return Window: Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt. Conditions for Return: - The product packaging must remain unopened and in its original condition. - The product is found to be damaged, leaked, or degraded during domestic transit. - The delivered product does not match the description or quantity in the order. Process: Please contact our domestic customer service team with your order number and proof of damage/error. We will arrange for a pickup or exchange at no additional cost if the error is on our part.

Orders can be cancelled without penalty if production or specialized packaging has not yet commenced. For domestic orders, cancellation is possible before the goods are handed over to the local courier. Once shipped, the shipping fee may be charged to the customer in case of non-faulty cancellations.
